We often over estimate who much we will have left after we pay our bills, or perhaps we don't even think about it and then think we can spend that amount on our credit cards. There are always things we don’t build into your budget that can get us into financial trouble. To get yourself out of debt you have to stop the guessing and stop the extra spending in the shops.

The next step if you really want to get out of debt, you have to stop the spending and start paying off the debt. This can be hard work, and the going will be slow. You'll probably get discouraged and think you will never get out of debt but just remember what you are working for.
